Is it my loneliness that has driven me back...or just free time. No house, dogs, husband or garden to worry about. Not that life is without it responsibilties...but without those 4 mainstays my life has taken on a strangely empty feeling. I guess that will all change when Iona starts at her new school in her new uniform. I think watching her try on her series of skirts, shirts and trousers she was rather more taken with the uniform than ever thought possible before. We walked up Richmond Hill to take a look at the school. It right behind Mick Jaggers house. I wonder if he ever looks out his window and observes the children playing on the grass. What does he think in his strange world about such things. Once that milestone is past then its time for my own personal milestone as I head off for my new job. The mailman is at the door...what small luxuries these English people enjoy. Mail delivered into your house more than once a day. I'm looking forward to seeing Charlie tomorrow. We are swimming at his gym (what children of Lois we are) and then heading off to some tourist trap as yet to be specified by Iona.
